Star 98.3 Radio takes a very proactive stand toward serving our community. We broadcast over 8 public service announcements daily, host charity food and fund drives, provide daily news updates, send crews out to broadcast local sports, and we help drive traffic to community events.

Star 98.3 is also committed to providing you with up to the minute weather and ag updates. We work closely with the National Weather Service and provide specific regional coverage from our very own Brandon Redmond. Combined, these two weather sources allow us to give you the best weather coverage possible. Coupled with the weather, Star 98.3 also contacts area grain elevators and is contracted with Brownfield Ag News broadcasting ag reports daily throughout the day.
